Q: When will my order ship?
A: On our Product Detail pages, the lead time is located directly above the "Add to Cart" button. If the item is In Stock, it usually ships out the same day via UPS and usually arrives in 2-6 business days after ordered. In addition, when your order leaves our warehouse, you will be sent the TRACKING # to the email you've provided us with. Note: If your order has an estimated delivery date of 10 or more business days, your order is being drop shipped from the manufacturer and a tracking # can't be provided. The estimated lead times that FleetSafety provides are calculated from years of past orders. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call us.
The chosen Shipping Method (i.e. Next Day, 2ND DAY or Standard) applies to the date your order is ready to ship, not from the date your order is placed. Fleet Safety Equipment makes every effort to ship your order the same or next business day. You should expect an extended delivery date when your order requires personalization, not in stock, shipping from manufacturer, order consists of item(s) that are of irregular size or weight,
We use a SECURE online credit card verification system provided by ProStores (an EBay owned company) and Thawte that requires the customer to provide the actual billing address for the credit card used to pay for your order.
International:Please send us an email if you want to purchase from FleetSafety and you are located outside of the contiguous United States. Please include the item name and quantity of what you're wanting to purchase along with the shipping address. We only accept payment methods of Wire Transfer and via PayPal for International orders.
