Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs in your shopping cart or go over our deails.
Your order will be shipped via UPS usually in 2-7 business days after ordered. Orders generally leave Fleet Safety within 1-2 business days after ordered.
If another form of shipping is chosen it will take the specified amount of days after it is shipped.
The chosen Shipping Method (i.e. Next Day, 2ND DAY or 3 DAY) applies to the date your order is ready to ship, not from the date your order is placed. Fleet Safety Equipment makes every effort to ship your order the same or next business day. You should expect an extended delivery date when your order requires personalization, not in stock, shipping from manufacturer, order consists of item(s) that are of irregular size or weight,
We use a SECURE online credit card verification system provided by ProStores (an EBay owned company) that requires the customer to provide the actual billing address for the credit card used to pay for your order.
Fleet Safety does not process orders via the internet outside of the United States.
Purchase orders are for municipal orders only, no exceptions. Individual or civilian orders must be paid via credit card. Please fill out the billing information to help speed up the order verification process & to help get your order out faster.
If you order an item that is out of stock, Fleet Safety will ship the backordered item in a timely manner. If you have a question about a backordered item feel free to call and check on the status of your order.
