RETURNS/CREDITS
- Original Freight is Non-Refundable, but we will pay for your return shipping (Just send us an email to websales@fleetsafety.com)
- All Returns Require a Return Authorization # (RA)
- Items returned within 60 days of Receipt will be refunded with a 35% Restocking Fee
- Items may also be returned for exchange if Item is still in mint condition (unused, in original packaging, and include all hardware and instuctions) within 6 months of purchase
- Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund or exchange
Our #1 Policy:

Issuing Returns is both very expensive and time consuming for you and us. This is why Fleet Safety Equipment provides excellent Customer Service with websales@fleetsafety.com to answer any questions you may have in a timely manner (usually the same day). We have former and current Police Officers and Firemen working on our staff, as well as provide Installation Service. We work with Emergency Vehicle Lights and Equipment everyday allowig us to provide you with any help you may have about a purchase you are considering at FleetSafety.com (websales@fleetsafety.com)
Fleet Safety Equipment reserves the right not to accept or process any order placed on our website. By placing an order on our site you agree to release Fleet Safety Equipment, Inc. from any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment purchased. In addition, you release Fleet Safety Equipment, INC from any and all liability for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise. Fleet Safety reserves the right to correct typographical errors made on our website. Thank you.
Should either party bring an action to enforce the terms of the Agreement, the prevailing party in such action will be entitled to recover court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees in the judgement rendered in such action.
Customer consents to the jurisdiction of the Shelby County Court at Memphis, TN, or to the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee at Memphis for any action brought to enforce or interrupt the provision of this Agreement.
In the event that any action is instituted to enforce the terms of the Agreement , Customer will be liable for court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
In the event of a non-payment, Customer agrees to pay Fleet Safety Equipment Inc.'s costs of collection, including attorneys' fees. This agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Each party to this agreement agrees that any suit, action, or other legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement shall exclusively be brought in the Shelby County Court at Memphis, Tennessee or to the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee at Memphis. Fleet Safety warrants that the products when sold conform to the descriptions stated above. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any claim must be made in writing within 30 days of purchase, and Fleet Safety's liability is limited to replacement. Buyer shall indemnify Fleet Safety against any losses and liabilities arising out of the purchase, possession, or use of the products by buyer. All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration by a single arbitrator conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable expenses, including attorney fees.
