- In Car Video System Recording Capabilities – records 3 cameras and 4 audio sources (2 cameras and 4 audio concurrently).
- Pre-Event Recording – captures up to 28,800 seconds (8 Hrs) of video prior to RECORD mode activation.
- AVL (automated vehicle locator) – allows for search ability by location; Allows officer to use in car AVL. This will improve officer response time by being able to type in address of calls. The mapping provides the shortest or quickest route. Capable of sending GPS location car to car, and car to dispatch and receive CAD routing.
- Activation Sensors – The camera has eight (8) activation (16 volts max) points that will start and stop the record of digital video (plus pre-record): Lightbar, Siren, Speed, Gun Lock, Dog Popper........and More
- G-FORCE Sensor - This starts the camera if a pre-determined G-FORCE is reached. The G-FORCE is adjustable by the project administrator. This is a valuable tool if an officer is involved in an accident or unsafe driving .
- Storage - Up to 120 GB and 125 hours of XviD, DivX, MPEG4 Compression video at 30 frames per second before car must perform download.
- File Transfer - wireless download of data via 802.11 (a, b/g), removable compact flash media, CD, DVD or wired Ethernet connection.
- Digital Video Authentication - Transfer uses WPA and for enhanced security IPSec is applied.
