FleetSafety.com offers the following Returns Policy:

• Original Freight is Non-Refundable, but we will pay for your return shipping (Just send us and email to websales@fleetsafety.com)
• All Returns Require a Return Authorization # (RA)
• Items returned within 60 days of Receipt will be refunded with a 35% Restocking Fee
• Items may also be returned for exchange if Item is still in mint condition (unused, in original packaging, and include all hardware and instuctions) within 6 months of purchase
• Item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and include all hardware and instuctions
• Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund
